About the role

The IT Service Desk Lead will coordinate the service desk function across the Pacific region, ensuring efficient handling of incidents, service requests and adherence to service level agreements for Australia and New Zealand. This role operates within a globally oriented team and follows a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate IT Service Desk support across the Pacific region.
  • Manage incident resolution and service request fulfillment for Australia and New Zealand.
  • Monitor and maintain service level targets to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with global team members to align processes and share best practices.

Required profile

  • Proven experience coordinating IT service desk operations.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid (3‑2) schedule.
  • Strong focus on delivering service quality and meeting SLA commitments.
