IT Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

About the role

HFC Tech is seeking an IT Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to lead the management of its IT infrastructure, systems, and support services. The role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient business operations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure.
• Manage system administration, network operations, and end‑user support services.
• Ensure security policies and procedures are applied to protect data and assets.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to align IT services with business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and support functions.
• Strong understanding of network and system administration best practices.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to maintaining high security and reliability standards.
