IT Coordinator – APAC Remote Support

About the role

Wilhelmsen is seeking a proactive IT Coordinator to provide remote IT support across its APAC locations. You will be the key point of contact for maintaining applications, networks, servers, and ensuring IT governance and security standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver local support for applications, network and server management, and order fulfilment.
• Assist 1st Line support, resolve 2nd and 3rd line incidents, and identify automation opportunities.
• Manage facilities, equipment, and supplies required for service delivery.
• Coordinate with local vendors, track renewal cycles, and liaise with stakeholders.
• Log all incidents and requests in the global helpdesk system following SLA guidelines.
• Arrange training, monitor user satisfaction, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Advise on IT investment budgeting and produce accurate reports.
• Operate within corporate governance policies.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to convey complex IT scenarios.
• University‑level degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience.
• Independent, driven, dependable, result‑oriented, and service‑minded.
