IPN Product Engineer – Semiconductor Testing

About the role

The IPN Product Engineer will manage the product supply chain for semiconductor components across Bosch’s global manufacturing network. Based at the new PgP5 plant in Batu Kawan, you will support new product releases, drive quality improvements and coordinate technical topics with development and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product data and oversee product issues across multiple internal and external manufacturing sites.
• Support new product releases within the international production network.
• Lead working groups on yield, quality, delivery and related KPIs.
• Act as the interface between development departments and semiconductor operations.
• Monitor product quality and cost, and supervise improvement projects.
• Perform test data analysis using IT tools and statistical methods.
• Coordinate internal change management and track engineering change requests for semiconductor products.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with lean production and process calculations is preferred.
