Invoicing Coordinator (6‑month contract)

About the role

Join Wilhelmsen's global invoicing team in Kuala Lumpur as an Invoicing Coordinator on a six‑month contract. You will be responsible for generating and dispatching accurate invoices to customers across the assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic checks on all invoices, verifying delivery notes, product quantities, prices, discounts and charges.
• Coordinate with Customer Services and Supply Chain to resolve missing terms, prices, delivery notes or doubtful quantities.
• Match delivery receipt notes and supporting documents, especially for cylinder invoices.
• Dispatch electronic invoices according to guidelines and send manual invoices to printers promptly to minimise lay days.
• Act as the first point of contact for Customer Services on missing or delayed invoices and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree holder with 2‑4 years of relevant invoicing or finance experience.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and meet monthly KPI targets.
• Good business English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (tables, formatting, conditional formatting, shortcuts).
• Experience with MS Outlook for formal and informal email communication.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Office 365.
