Invoice to Cash Internship

About the role

The Invoice to Cash Internship offers a hands‑on experience in the finance function of a global chemicals leader. You will support daily Invoice‑to‑Cash processes, help prepare KPI reports and assist with audit documentation while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day Invoice‑to‑Cash tasks and ensure accurate processing.
• Support the preparation of ITC KPI reports for management.
• Generate audit documents and reports for year‑end audits.
• Perform customer reconciliations on request from auditors or customers.
• Provide high‑quality service to both internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with ad‑hoc finance and controlling activities as needed.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Available for a six‑month internship.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong team player with a high level of maturity and independence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
