Invoice to Cash (I2C) Team Lead

About the role

Lead the Regional Shared Service Centre for the Invoice to Cash (I2C) function in APAC, ensuring high‑performing, standardised service delivery. Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong customer service across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a small, high‑performing team, set goals, and monitor KPIs to meet or exceed service levels.
• Maintain standardised, documented I2C processes and ensure compliance with policy and legal requirements.
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, including collection, dispute management, cash application, inter‑company invoicing and reporting.
• Build and sustain relationships with regional stakeholders, gather feedback, resolve issues and implement improvement plans.
• Support continuous‑improvement programmes to embed best practices and drive efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong sense of integrity and ability to act as a role model for ethical behaviour.
• Proven experience in an Invoice to Cash environment and managing a team, preferably in a shared‑services setting.
• Good understanding of finance systems and ability to interpret control and operational risk.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of operating at both detailed and managerial levels.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
• Oracle finance/accounting system proficiency.
• Accounting or Business Administration qualifications.
