Investment Operations Associate

About the role

Pave Bank is building the world’s first programmable business bank and needs an Investment Operations Associate to run the day‑to‑day back‑office for its investment business. You will process client transactions from instruction through settlement, keep position and cash records accurate, and produce the reporting institutional clients rely on.

Key responsibilities

• Process client transactions across their full lifecycle, from instruction and confirmation through settlement and maturity.
• Reconcile positions and cash daily against counter‑party records, investigating and clearing any breaks.
• Calculate month‑end client yield and fee accruals, reconciling them to counter‑party reporting.
• Prepare monthly client statements with a four‑eyes check before release.
• Support the bank’s collateral custody service, handling asset movements, client instructions and periodic reporting.
• Maintain client records and supporting documentation, responding to client, counter‑party and audit queries.
• Keep operating procedures current, flag operational and regulatory risks early, and help automate manual steps.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in operations, finance, fund administration or client servicing at a bank, broker, asset manager or fund administrator.
• Careful, numerate approach with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies before submission.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data files.
• Composure under month‑end and reporting deadlines with good judgement to escalate early.
• Clear written English for correspondence with counterparties and institutional clients.
• Discretion in handling confidential client information.
