Internal Control & Compliance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Control & Compliance Manager to join Toyoplas Manufacturing in Senai, Johor. In this role you will support the internal audit function, track compliance action plans and ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of control and regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist internal and external auditors by providing required documentation and evidence.
• Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations and compliance action plans.
• Consolidate data from various departments to produce accurate compliance and control reports.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management highlighting control gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date internal control policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in internal control, compliance or internal audit within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
