Intern, Purchase-to-Pay

About the role

Join the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) team in Kuala Lumpur as an intern and support the manager in daily operational and project tasks. This 4‑6 month placement offers hands‑on experience in finance and procurement processes within a dynamic Asia‑Pacific environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with request fulfilment planning and administration.
• Support automation initiatives to streamline P2P workflows.
• Participate in improvement discussions, helping define plans and timelines.
• Contribute to tactical projects aligned with team objectives.
• Coordinate administrative aspects of P2P initiatives.
• Prepare documentation and presentation slides for assigned activities.
• Provide ad‑hoc operational support to the unit as needed.

Required profile

• Availability for a minimum 4‑6 month internship.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Linguistics or a related field.
• Strong team player with high maturity and independence.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
