Intern, Production and Process

About the role
We are looking for an intern to support the Production department of our Polymer Dispersion Plant in Pasir Gudang. The role will involve documentation and on‑site activities, reporting to the Assistant Manager, Production.
Key responsibilities
- Review and revise Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment for Polyline 1 and 2.
- Update operating procedures and work instructions for current routine tasks on both polyline lines.
- Prepare and revise work‑specific procedures and related forms.
- Identify, create and install line and equipment tagging labels.
- Generate attachments and documents required for Management of Change (MOC).
- Assist with P&ID reviews and coordinate changes with the drafting team.
- Support 5S initiatives throughout the plant.
Required profile
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently.
