About the role

We are looking for an Indoor Sales Engineer to provide office‑based support to our outdoor sales team in Selangor. The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities and ensuring smooth communication between the field team and clients.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
Prepare sales documents, quotations and reports for the outdoor sales team.
Maintain and update the sales database and customer records.
Assist in scheduling appointments and follow‑up activities.
Collaborate with the field sales staff to ensure accurate order processing and delivery coordination.

Required profile

Full‑time, on‑site availability in Selangor.
Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
Ability to work closely with a dynamic, young sales team.
