Import-Export Customs Operations Internship

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience in import‑export and customs operations within a dynamic supply‑chain environment. You will support shipment tracking, learn end‑to‑end logistics processes and contribute to automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support tracking of shipment schedules and update details in SAP.
• Learn end‑to‑end shipment processes, Incoterms and customs operations.
• Collect, verify and upload key shipping documents using Power Automate.
• Assist in delivering automation efforts across teams to simplify work processes.
• Participate in improvement initiative discussions and help develop plans and timelines.
• Contribute to tactical projects aligned with team objectives.
• Manage administrative tasks related to import‑export and customs activities.
• Prepare documentation for standard and exceptional order‑management tasks.
• Prepare reporting and conduct data analysis.
