About the role

QubeApps is looking for a proactive Human Resources SE/ Executive to join its Kuala Lumpur office. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure the full spectrum of HR activities is executed efficiently and in line with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the HR team in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
  • Assist in performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labour regulations.

Required profile

  • Strong interest in human resources and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail‑oriented with good organisational abilities.
