About the role
Bosch Group is looking for a motivated intern to join its Human Resources team in Petaling Jaya. The role offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and learning & development processes within a global technology company.
Key responsibilities
- Support profile alignment with hiring managers.
- Create job postings and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with stakeholders.
- Prepare offer letters and initiate employee ID creation.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and profile completion.
- Support the exit process for interns and manage internship extensions or reductions.
- Contribute to learning & development and international assignment projects.
Required profile
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Detail‑oriented and proactive attitude.
- Availability for a minimum internship duration of four months.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
- PowerPoint
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva
