Human Resource Executive, Compensation & Benefits

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive specializing in Compensation & Benefits to join our Kuala Lumpur office. In this role you will design, develop and implement compensation programs that align with IIUM Holdings’ strategic objectives and support a competitive total rewards framework.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and revise compensation structures, salary grades and incentive plans.
• Design and administer group insurance schemes including hospitalization, surgical, term life and personal accident coverage.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
• Collaborate with finance and senior management to align compensation budgets.
• Maintain compliance with local labour regulations and internal policies.
• Provide guidance and communication to managers and employees on compensation matters.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in compensation and benefits within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and remuneration best practices.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
