About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resource & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at SW Food & Bar Concepts in Petaling Jaya. In this fast‑paced food and beverage environment, you will support all HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all staff.
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Handle employee permits, visas and related compliance documentation.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, including record‑keeping, attendance tracking and office coordination.
  • Support HR policies implementation and maintain employee records.

Required profile

  • Relevant HR or administration experience, preferably in the F&B sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
