HR Payroll Process Specialist – Petaling Jaya

About the role

Infosys is seeking an HR Payroll Process Specialist to manage end‑to‑end payroll operations for its Malaysia office. The role ensures accurate, timely payroll processing while complying with statutory and company requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines.
• Verify employee attendance, overtime, leave records, allowances, and deductions.
• Calculate salaries, bonuses, commissions, incentives, and final settlements.
• Ensure payroll compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and internal policies.
• Generate payroll reports, maintain payroll records, and prepare monthly payroll summaries for management.
• Manage employee tax deductions, prepare and submit statutory contributions and related reports.
• Coordinate with government agencies and auditors as needed.
• Support HR projects and drive process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of payroll administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills.
