HR Operations Manager

About the role

TMK Chemical is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead its Group Compensation & Benefits function and oversee day‑to‑day HR operations. The role is based on‑site in Ara Damansara, Selangor, and reports to senior HR leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design, implementation and administration of group compensation and benefits programmes.
• Coordinate HR operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes across the organisation.
• Support compliance with local labour regulations and internal HR policies.
• Collaborate with business units to align compensation structures with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations, preferably with a focus on compensation and benefits.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
