HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources strategy for Sparrow XLogistics, a fast‑growing logistics provider in Malaysia. The role will be based on‑site in Bukit Raja and reports directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and compensation structures.
• Administer comprehensive benefits programmes, including medical, dental and insurance.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour legislation and company policies.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Support learning and development initiatives for staff growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably within logistics or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Bukit Raja.
