About the role
The HR Expert – Industrial Relations will support Bosch Group’s associates in Malaysia by providing counselling, coaching and managing disciplinary matters. The role ensures compliance with industrial relations legislation and Bosch’s internal policies while fostering a constructive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide counselling and coaching to staff on performance and disciplinary issues.
- Conduct investigations, draft warning letters and lead domestic inquiries for disciplinary actions.
- Analyse and prepare reports on employee and industrial relations trends.
- Monitor misconduct types across departments and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Address behavioural concerns to prevent or defend against potential litigation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- 3‑5 years of experience in industrial relations.
- Positive attitude, energetic and able to communicate effectively with foreign workers, HR, and operations teams.
- Knowledge of HR systems, data security, Bosch safety and environmental regulations, export control, compliance guidelines, product liability, business ethics and antitrust law.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently, with high integrity and strong commitment.
