HR Executive – Recruitment, Payroll & Benefits

About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, payroll and employee benefits for our residential leasing and property management operations in Johor Bahru. The role will support the company’s growth by ensuring effective HR processes and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and timely.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Develop, update and enforce company policies in line with Malaysian labour law.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide HR support for employee relations and performance management.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Executive.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to handle confidential information.
