HR Administrative Internship

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Human Resources team in Bayan Lepas for a hands‑on internship. You will support daily HR operations while contributing to strategic projects that enhance our team’s professional presence and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Process leave requests, track time and attendance, and maintain digital filing systems.
• Provide timely support for ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Team Lead.
• Lead the HRS‑MY LinkedIn page: create content, optimise engagement and strengthen our online brand.
• Coordinate team engagement activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Analyse HR data, identify trends and prepare presentations for monthly department meetings.
• Deliver a final presentation summarising your internship achievements and learnings.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Statistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Availability for a 6‑month internship (specify period in resume).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• General Microsoft Office competence.
