HR & Admin Manager – Kuala Lumpur

About the role

The HR & Admin Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Delivery Platform in Kuala Lumpur, supporting Forvis Mazars entities across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role combines talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and regional stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor HR operational procedures, office policies and workflow to ensure smooth performance.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, orientation, training and performance evaluation in line with Forvis Mazars guidelines.
• Organise firm‑wide staff events and employer‑branding activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for project teams, overseeing engagements and ensuring effective use of human resources.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders on team status and welfare.
• Manage monthly expenses, service records, vendor relationships and other administrative duties.
• Supervise the DP’s administrative and HR team.
• Execute specific projects, research and support tasks as required.
• Promote the Forvis Mazars culture, uphold high work ethics and act as a role model.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Experience in offshoring or shared service centre environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven people‑management capabilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
