About the role
The HR & Admin Executive will provide essential support to Proquaz’s human resources and administrative operations. Working on‑site in Putrajaya, the role focuses on ensuring smooth payroll processing, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective employee relations. The successful candidate will also assist with general office duties, ensuring that administrative processes run efficiently and support the broader business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing and related documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance with Malaysian labour regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
- Process leave applications, claims, and related reimbursements.
- Handle employee relations issues and support a positive workplace environment.
- Provide general office administrative support as needed.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in payroll administration, statutory compliance, HR record keeping, leave and claims processing, and employee relations.
