About the role
The Head of Aftersales will lead SAIC Motor Malaysia’s aftersales operations, reporting directly to the COO and Managing Director. This high‑impact leadership role focuses on driving dealer performance, enhancing customer experience, and achieving sustainable business growth. The position offers direct exposure to senior executives, enabling strategic influence over the aftersales function. The incumbent will ensure that the dealer network delivers high‑quality aftersales service that meets customer expectations.
