About the role
The Graduate Trainee – Human Resources will join UEM Group at its Mercu UEM office in Kuala Lumpur Sentral. This entry‑level position supports the planning, coordination and execution of the company’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning TVET programmes and related activities.
- Coordinate schedules, resources and stakeholder communications for TVET projects.
- Execute assigned tasks to ensure smooth delivery of TVET initiatives.
- Act as the primary coordinator for the company’s TVET efforts.
Required profile
- Recent graduate interested in Human Resources.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Kuala Lumpur Sentral.
