Graduate Programme – Scheduled Maintenance Services (PROTEGE RTW)

About the role

The PROTEGE RTW Graduate Programme supports Airbus Customer Services' Scheduled Maintenance Services (SIM) department in Sepang, Malaysia. This entry‑level position is designed for fresh Malaysian graduates and offers hands‑on experience in maintenance administration and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Services team with daily operational tasks.
• Prepare meeting materials and support logistics for internal sessions.
• Contribute to KPI management by gathering and updating performance data.
• File, organise, and maintain accurate data collections.
• Respond to ad‑hoc requests from supervisors and other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Malaysian citizen, 30 years old or younger at the time of application.
• Recent graduate who is currently unemployed or employed at a salary below market rate.
• Strong awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
