Graduate Analyst, Operational Excellence & Performance Insights (Asia Pacific)

About the role

The Graduate Analyst supports the Operational Excellence & Performance agenda across the Asia Pacific region, turning operational, HSSE, TIQ, CSR/ESG and performance data into trusted insights. The role offers accelerated learning in data visualisation, analytics, reporting automation and AI‑enabled decision support while contributing to strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate and maintain data from operational, HSSE, TIQ, CSR/ESG and performance sources.
• Analyze trends, variances and performance indicators to provide actionable insights for product‑line excellence.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Identify and implement automation solutions with Power Platform and Copilot to streamline reporting.
• Support governance activities, data quality checks and user acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning with attention to data quality.
• Effective written and verbal communication, able to explain findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regional, matrix environment.
