Future Leader Management Trainee Program

About the role

The Future Leader Program is an 18‑month Management Trainee journey designed to develop future marketing leaders. You will gain cross‑functional exposure, hands‑on experience and leadership opportunities within Wipro Consumer Care’s Marketing & Communications division.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across key marketing and communications functions to understand end‑to‑end processes.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Assist in market research, data analysis and the preparation of performance reports.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic projects that have regional and global impact.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to build entrepreneurial and leadership skills.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with a strong academic record.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing, communications or brand management.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Subang Jaya for the full program duration.
