About the role

Join Monkey's Canopy Resort as a Front Office Manager and lead the front desk team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency in line with resort standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all front office activities, including check‑in, check‑out, reservations and guest services.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints and special requests promptly.
• Monitor front office performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling and compliance with resort policies.
• Train, coach and schedule front office staff to achieve service targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in front office or reception management within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
