Forklift Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Service Technician to join our team in Puncak Alam. This hands‑on position focuses on the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and field service support of various forklift types, including electric, lithium‑battery, and fuel‑powered models.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electric, lithium‑battery and fuel forklifts.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective troubleshooting solutions.
• Execute repairs on‑site or in the workshop to ensure minimal downtime.
• Provide field service support to customers, delivering technical assistance and guidance.
• Maintain accurate service records and report findings to management.

Required profile

• Technical background or vocational training related to mechanical or electrical maintenance.
• Experience working with industrial equipment, preferably forklifts.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients.
