About the role

Minsure Solutions is offering a full‑time, hybrid internship focused on financial, wealth and talent recruitment. The programme provides fresh graduates with practical exposure to the banking and financial services sector while allowing them to develop professional networks.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in financial literacy seminars and entrepreneur discovery trips.
• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for financial planning roles.
• Support the preparation of client proposals and investment presentations.
• Contribute to performance incentive calculations and commission tracking.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Self‑motivated, open‑minded and able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to learn about financial products and recruitment processes.
