About the role
We are looking for a Finance Team Head to lead our finance department in Klang. This challenging position offers the chance to shape budgeting, reporting and financial strategy within a progressive company.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Define and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability.
- Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead, mentor and evaluate finance team members to build a high‑performing unit.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably within a corporate finance department.
- Proven ability to manage budgeting, reporting and strategic financial planning.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
