About the role

We are seeking a Finance Operations Executive to support daily finance operations for our regional teams. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely payment processing, and effective coordination across our offices in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. All activities are performed using Lark and Xero platforms.

Key responsibilities

Process Lark payments accurately and on schedule
Maintain records in Xero ensuring data integrity
Reconcile accounts to match bank statements
Coordinate across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia teams to resolve discrepancies
