Finance Operations Executive

About the role

The Finance Operations Executive is the operational backbone of the Finance department, handling day‑to‑day finance processes, cash flow support, and corporate compliance activities. This role enables senior finance leaders to concentrate on strategic planning and business partnering.

Key responsibilities

• Record and allocate customer receipts, issue statements of account, and monitor receivables.
• Maintain collection trackers, ageing reports, and escalate overdue items.
• Support treasury functions by forecasting receipts, tracking daily cash inflows, and coordinating bank documentation.
• Prepare board resolutions, manage statutory filings, and liaise with company secretaries.
• Coordinate insurance renewals, regulatory submissions, and provide general office administration.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Sage or Microsoft Dynamics AX.
