Finance Manager

About the role

Fasset is looking for a Finance Manager to join its global finance team. You will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, multi‑jurisdictional compliance, and operational finance across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements for up to 13 entities under IFRS and provide expense and cost analysis.
• Own tax planning and compliance across all jurisdictions, ensuring timely filings and adherence to VARA, CBB, OJK, and Labuan FSA regulations.
• Manage multi‑jurisdictional payroll, liaise with banking partners and fund administrators, and oversee treasury reporting.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, delivering actionable commentary to management.
• Act as primary liaison with external auditors, regulators, and company secretaries for audit and statutory matters.
• Develop finance procedures, automate accounting processes, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to align financial goals.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with 5–7 years of progressive finance experience in fintech, crypto or regulated financial services.
• Strong command of IFRS reporting and multi‑entity consolidation.
