Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance, accounting, payroll and reporting functions, ensuring full compliance with regulations while providing strategic financial insight to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations, including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
• Supervise payroll processing to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for strategic planning.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommended improvements.
• Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience managing finance functions, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a finance team.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
