Finance Digital Solutions Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior Finance Digital Solutions Manager to lead the design and governance of finance systems across our global ship management business. The role will shape scalable digital finance solutions, ensure data quality, and drive adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable finance solutions across applications, integrations, data and reporting platforms in line with enterprise architecture and growth ambitions.
• Govern the lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud and related finance applications, including roadmaps, release management and vendor performance.
• Lead finance data governance, master data management and ensure consistent reporting standards.
• Standardize reporting platforms, promote single‑source‑of‑truth principles and define key performance indicators.
• Engage stakeholders, provide training, and build super‑user networks to increase finance data literacy.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience with finance processes, preferably in vessel accounting, corporate finance or asset‑intensive environments.
• Proven experience managing SAP finance applications, release coordination and vendor collaboration.
• Strong solution‑architecture mindset with ability to translate finance requirements into digital solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change‑adoption skills.
