Finance cum HR & Admin

About the role

We are looking for a versatile professional to manage finance, human resources and administrative functions for our Malaysia operation. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to shape processes and policies as the business grows in the tech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial activities including bookkeeping, invoicing and cash flow monitoring.
• Develop and maintain HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll and employee records.
• Handle corporate administration duties, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting office operations.
• Design and implement new systems, policies and procedures to improve efficiency across finance, HR and admin.
• Serve as the primary local point of contact for corporate matters and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance, HR or administrative roles, preferably within a technology environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to establish and improve processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently as the key local representative.
