Finance Analyst (FP&A)

About the role

Join Nestlé, the world’s largest Food and Beverage company, as a Finance Analyst supporting fact‑based decision making. You will work closely with the Business Unit Controller, providing timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and insights to drive the monthly business planning process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality financial information and analysis to highlight risks and opportunities for the business.
• Prepare reports and analyses for the Monthly Business Planning Process, including Dynamic Forecast and ARA.
• Organise and perform PEC activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial data and supporting documentation.
• Track and report monthly P&L, investigate variances against budgets and forecasts, and take appropriate action on material variances.
• Analyse the product portfolio to identify value destroyers, perform ROIC and cost‑optimization analyses.
• Conduct financial simulations and scenario analysis as part of the MBS process.
• Support Business Innovation and Renovation pipeline by providing financial analysis and preparing VCS.
• Assist the Business Unit Controller on ad‑hoc projects, including manufacturing/sourcing strategies and CAPEX proposals.

Required profile

• Prior experience in an Accounting/Finance function such as CDS, Factory or Supply Chain F&C, NMA, or Commercial Control.
• Financial planning and analysis experience.
• Experience working within a network organization with internal and external providers.
• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
