Field Sales Executive – Johor

About the role

Join Nestlé, the world’s largest Food and Beverage company, as a Field Sales Executive responsible for executing field sales plans and activities for General Trade channels in Johor. You will drive sustainable channel growth while building strong relationships with retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the LTP Field Sales team sells according to Nestlé’s Must‑Have List to meet sales targets and market‑share objectives.
• Provide advisory support to retailers, understand their needs, and maintain customer intimacy.
• Review Retailer Loyalty Scheme presentations and manage contract signing with top customers on a quarterly basis.
• Monitor compliance with channel must‑have lists, KMA & promotional activities, and planogram implementation.
• Maintain the customer database and oversee asset utilization such as chillers.
• Lead the Field Sales team, enforce best practices, and conduct WIES audits to coach performance.
• Gather market intelligence and drive new outlet penetration using Geo‑Mapping insights.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in a related discipline (SPM qualification acceptable for sales reps with at least 5 years experience).
• More than 5 years of experience in marketing or sales with a proven record of meeting KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people.
• Strong understanding of all sales functions, including CCSD, Customer, and Field operations.
• Experience managing a Field Sales team.
