About the role

The Factory Operations Coordinator will support daily factory activities by providing Mandarin translation and coordinating operational tasks. This on‑site role ensures smooth communication between Mandarin‑speaking staff and management while handling documentation and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate translation of verbal and written communication between Mandarin‑speaking employees and supervisors.
• Monitor daily work progress and report status to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow to maintain production efficiency.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain operational documents, records, and reports.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Required profile
