About the role
The Facility Manager will lead the setup and ongoing operations of Goertek’s new facility in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. This role is central to ensuring the site is fit‑out efficiently and can scale production in collaboration with regional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the establishment of the facility, overseeing fit‑out activities and operational readiness.
- Coordinate daily operations to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment.
- Work closely with Goertek teams in Singapore and China to align fit‑out schedules, resource planning, and production scaling.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards throughout the facility lifecycle.
