Facilities & Renovation Lead – Immediate Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Facilities & Renovation Lead to drive high‑impact office and café renovation projects while shaping a modern workplace. You will own the facilities strategy, manage vendors and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations for our growing regional FMCG business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead office and café renovation projects from concept through completion, meeting timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Develop and execute the overall facilities strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Oversee facilities operations, including maintenance, space planning and health‑safety compliance.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control and reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management or renovation project leadership, preferably within an FMCG environment.
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
