About the role
onsemi is seeking a Senior Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives with its external manufacturing partners. Based in Petaling Jaya, the role focuses on ensuring seamless product launches, quality compliance, and alignment with onsemi’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute NPI programs across multiple external manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and supplier performance.
- Report status, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing NPI projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on‑site and travel to partner facilities as needed.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
