About the role

PWC is seeking an Experienced Associate to join its Corporate Tax Compliance team in Kuala Lumpur. You will support clients by ensuring their tax filings meet local regulations while helping them manage compliance risks.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete complex tax computations and returns for a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Agree tax liabilities with authorities and negotiate tax computations when required.
  • Respond to client queries on tax implications of business transactions, preparing follow‑up documentation and correspondence.
  • Organise, monitor and manage your own workload, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality work.
  • Collaborate proactively with team members on various project tasks.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or a professional qualification.
  • 1–2 years of experience in tax compliance or consultancy, preferably within a professional services firm.
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
  • Excellent client‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
