Experienced Associate HR System Support and Project Coordinator

About the role

PwC’s Workforce team is looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Associate to support HR systems and coordinate projects. You will help clients transition to new HR technology, provide post‑sales onboarding, and work closely with the IT team to deliver seamless solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges related to HR systems.
• Lead post‑sales client onboarding, ensuring smooth setup and configuration.
• Provide expert guidance, conduct training sessions, and support clients in using HR system features.
• Handle client communications, respond to feedback, emails, and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve issues and manage system incidents efficiently.
• Document client feedback, system issues, and maintain comprehensive interaction records.
• Coordinate HR system projects, develop timelines, and align internal and client requirements.
• Document system requirements, specifications, and oversee data migration for accuracy and integrity.
