Experienced Associate - HCM Functional Consultant

About the role

PwC is looking for an Experienced Associate to join its Workforce team as an HCM Functional Consultant. The role focuses on integrating and optimising enterprise HR and payroll systems, helping clients transform their HR processes through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing HR and payroll environments and define integration requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll and IT stakeholders to gather and document functional specifications.
• Design data‑mapping schemas between Oracle HCM and PwC’s HCM product.
• Develop, test and deploy integration workflows, scripts and APIs.
• Monitor integration performance, ensure data integrity and resolve issues promptly.
• Document integration configurations and procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in system integration and middleware.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a System Integrator, System Analyst or similar role in enterprise HR/payroll integration.
• Delivered at least two full‑cycle HCM payroll implementations in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia or Vietnam.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Leave & Attendance, Claims) integrated with local payroll systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Project‑management exposure is a plus.
