Experienced Associate - HCM Business Analyst

About the role

PwC’s Workforce team is looking for an Experienced Associate to help organisations transform their HR and payroll processes. You will work on integrating enterprise HCM solutions, primarily Oracle HCM, with local payroll systems across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing HR and payroll landscapes and define integration requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to capture functional and technical specifications.
• Design data‑mapping schemas between Oracle HCM and PwC’s HCM product.
• Develop, test, and deploy integration workflows, scripts and APIs.
• Monitor integration performance, ensure data integrity and resolve issues promptly.
• Document integration configurations, processes and best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a System Integrator or System Analyst in enterprise HR/payroll environments.
• Implemented at least two full‑cycle HCM payroll projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia or Vietnam.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with project‑management methodologies is a plus.

Required skills

• Oracle HCM modules – Payroll, Leave & Attendance, Claims.
• API and web‑service integration.
• Middleware platforms – IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Microsoft BizTalk.
• Database technologies – SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle.
• Data‑mapping techniques.
